This is the Acoustic George Harrison version of the song which I think is absolutely beautiful. It requires using the capo at the 5th fret. Each chords is player for one measure. You can use the strumming pattern below you you can individually pick the notes to sound more like George. I used a modified Travis picking pattern that works well.

George does a little hammer on in the intro on the Dm in the fifth measure. Just hammer on with your first finger on the high e string and then play the B string afterwards.
